We first met Arie, from the Mediterranean Real Estate company, in 1999, when we were searching for an apartment in Tel Aviv. His professionalism, patience and trust conquered us. Thus we found, with his assistance, what we were looking for: an apartment with a pleasant and agreeable owner.

Arie accompanied us in the meditation and signing the contract processes that were carried out decisively and in a pleasant atmosphere. After this we asked Arie to attend to the sale of our previous apartment that was in an old and dilapidated building. Apart from finding a buyer, Arie even organized renovation of the building by all the residents.

Eight years later we decided to change our apartment to a larger one but then we were living abroad. We contacted Arie again, met him and Hadas who works with him.

Arie took a series of very professional photographs and placed them in the company website together with excellent descriptive and poetic details. Hadas took care of clients.

That same period (and still) we lived abroad therefore we left the key with Hadas who managed the sale with much care and professionalism. In fact, we only met with the buyer when the time came to sign the contract; Hadas conducted the entire mediation process.

The last transaction, as similar to the previous one, was conducted in a pleasant atmosphere, with a sense of trust on both sides; undoubtedly the Mediterranean Real Estate company had a large part in this.

We are already waiting for the next change.
