Two years ago I decided to purchase an apartment as an investment. I was undecided as to where, but I has two considerations: the first was that despite the fact it was an apartment for investment, I want to find an apartment that I like as if I were to live there myself because who knows what the future may bring.

The second was that the process should go smoothly and pleasantly – I have no patience for arguments – I didn’t want to discover any “concealed details” about the apartment – I want the process to go fast and to be controlled with good energy.

During my search I reached the Mediterranean Real Estate website and was hypnotized by the amazing apartments and the magic of Jaffa that I felt when studying the site.

Further investigation made it apparent that Jaffa is the up and coming real estate location and considered a good investment.

When I came to the Real Estate office (no less amazing than the pictures of the properties on the website – when will they be sold?) Arie and Esty received me with smile and showed me several properties – when I saw ‘my’ apartment I knew immediately it was the one for me – I had found it….

The apartment was well invested in, renovated, with typical Jaffa energy and in a great location.

And just as I wanted – all went smoothly from then on, every little problem that arose (there were not many) had Arie Shefer, immediately organizing everything in one telephone call and all this in a pleasant manner, just as I had wanted.  

When I advertised the apartment for rent I was surprised by the amount of telephone calls and by the amount of people who wanted to live there – naturally I found a tenant immediately with no problem and at the price I wanted.

Since then I enter your website from time to time to see new items and I must say that although I am not looking for an apartment at the moment, it is always great to examine the site and see what is new in the area and how Jaffa is daily on the map.

 I have no doubt that above that fact that I made a good transaction it was carried out wonderfully and with good energies, due to the assistance of Arie and Esty in Mediterranean Real Estate.
